During a routine inspection

Two patients told us that that they understood the treatment they were offered and advised us they had been given written treatment plans. We found written evidence of consent to treatment, evidence that the patients were provided with a series of treatment options and the cost of each treatment option.

We found that patients' needs were assessed and care and treatment was planned and delivered in line with their individual care plan.

The practice was meeting essential standards for decontamination as defined by HTM 01-05. We saw contracts for safe disposal of clinical waste and examined the waste transfer notes.

The staff told us the provider was very supportive of their professional development.

We found people's personal records including medical records were accurate and fit for purpose.
