Patients spoke positively about their experience of the practice. Patient comments included: 'Absolutely first class, an excellent dentist,' 'They are always extremely polite,' and 'They are nice. I don't think we would find a better place than this anywhere.'

The provider had a child protection policy in place for the practice. The practice manager confirmed that no children were seen without a chaperone in attendance.

We found the practice was clean and arrangements had been made to reduce the risk of infection. Arrangements to provide a separate decontamination room were in progress, overseen by commissioners of the service.
