During a routine inspection

People told us that the service they received from the practice was 'excellent' and 'very good'. They told us that 'everything is good, the approach friendly, professional and the staff organised and efficient'. We spoke with three people and they all said consent to treatment was sought and that treatment was explained fully. One person said that the explanation of treatment was on of the practice's 'plus points'.

We found that people were given appropriate information regarding treatment. The care and support given met their needs and protected their rights.

The service followed the appropriate guidance regarding the risk of infection. People we spoke with said they found the practice to be clean.

We found that provider could not demonstrate that appropriate checks were in place regarding the recruitment of staff. There was an effective system in place to assess and monitor the quality of service.
