During a routine inspection
People told us that they did not have to wait long, either for an appointment when booking, or to be seen by the dentist on the day of their appointment. A person we spoke with said, 'the staff are always polite and friendly and I have never had a problem getting an appointment.'
People told us they felt safe and well looked after when they saw the dentist. A person using the service said, 'there is always a nurse with the dentist when you see them and they do look after you here.'
People told us that they felt the premises were clean. One person said, 'the surgery is very nice, it is always clean and looks organised.'
