During a routine inspection
People were very complimentary about the service and said 'I can't praise them enough' and 'we are very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone'.
All of the people we spoke with told us that their treatments were explained to them. We saw that records were detailed about the treatments people had. People told us that appointments were usually on time and that they were seen quickly if they experienced any problems.
During our visit we saw that the surgery was clean. People we spoke with told us that the surgery was always like this and one person said 'The surgery has a very high standard of cleanliness'.
We were told that the staff were friendly and that they were knowledgeable. One person said 'Their personal touch is great'. Staff received a range of training so that they have up to date knowledge and skills in order to support the people who attend the practice.
There were systems in place to monitor how the practice was run, to ensure people receive a quality service.
