During a routine inspection

People who use the service understood the care and treatment choices available to them. People's privacy, dignity and independence were respected. Comments from people included 'I receive enough information' and 'no problems at all with the practice'.

People that we spoke with were complimentary about the staff. One person told us that 'the dentists are very polite and professional'. Care and treatment was planned and delivered in a way that ensured people's safety and welfare.

The practice was observed to be clean. Staff were wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and clean uniforms. When we spoke with people using the service some comments included 'They all wear the protective equipment' and 'It's lovely and really clean'.

We found that there was no system in place to regularly seek the views of people using the service. This would allow the practice to reflect and improve the service.
