During a routine inspection
Patient's said they felt well informed about their treatment and told us that they were always advised of the individual options available to them. When asked if patients were treated with dignity, each patient agreed. We were told that staff 'Absolutely' treated people with dignity and respect.'
Patient's told us that the service was good because the dentists offered clear explanations and choices. Comments about the care and treatment were positive and included 'Everything is really clearly set out and discussed.'
During our visit we saw that all areas of the practice were clean and hygienic. Patient's we spoke with commented positively and described the cleanliness of the environment as 'Very good' and 'Cleanliness is fine here.'
Staff told us that they felt well supported and we saw that there were regular meetings and training. Patient's told us that the staff were always helpful and expressed satisfaction with the staff.
There were quality arrangement in place and patients were encouraged to comment on the service. One patient said that 'All my family are really happy to come here.' Another patient summed up what they thought of the service and told us 'It's a great practice."
