During a routine inspection
People we spoke with told us that they were involved in planning their treatment and were able to make decisions about their dental care. They said that they received adequate information about their treatment and received information about how to care for their teeth in-between appointments.
We found the practice was clean and tidy. Infection control policies were in place and followed by all staff. Personal protective equipment was used appropriately by staff.
Staff told us that they felt supported by the practice manager and dentists. We saw that staff received appropriate training and appraisal.
The provider had systems in place to monitor and assess the service provided and patients were able to provide feedback on the services received at each visit.
