During a routine inspection
The staff made them feel at ease, and able to ask questions about treatment plans and costs. The practice had arrangements in place to provide the care and treatment people required. They involved people in decisions about their care.
They had procedures to protect people from the risk of abuse. People were looked after by staff who were appropriately trained and supported. No formal complaints had been received by the practice.
