During a routine inspection
The three people we spoke with who used the service told us they were very satisfied with the service" and with the treatment they had received. They said that they had enough information about their treatment and that they could always ask for more information if they needed it. One person said "I rang up earlier today and was given a cancellation'. Another person told us "the staff are very friendly and helpful".
Peoples' needs were assessed and treatment plans were agreed with them. One person said "I know what's going to happen as I have a copy of my treatment plan".
Staff we spoke with were very positive and told us they were well supported. One told us that they got a lot of support 'I am doing my practice nurse qualification and I am being mentored by the dentist".
The provider had effective and adequate systems in place to monitor the quality of service that people received. The views of people who used the service were sought and what they said about the service was acted upon.
