During a routine inspection
We found that people had been provided with information about both the service and their individual care. People felt involved in decisions about their treatment.
People had been provided with treatment plans that provided a clear explanation of the treatment that was to be provided. People's care and welfare had been taken into account when their treatment was provided.
The practice was clean and there were policies and processes in place to ensure that the risk of infection had been managed.
We found that there were recruitment processes in place and that checks had been made upon staff prior to their employment.
The views of people had been sought and the provider had completed regular audits.
