During a routine inspection
People said they were well informed of the options available to them. Everyone we spoke with said they were aware of how much their treatment would cost them. They told us they had given their consent to treatment and were provided with a copy of the agreed treatment plan and estimate.
We spoke with one person who said they 'were terrified of pain.' They said they now 'actually looked forward to visiting the dentist.'
We noted there was a tablet computer on a stand in the waiting area. This contained a questionnaire for people to complete, which described their experience of the service.
The provider told us they were looking at ways of improving the current decontamination room and making more space. Effective systems were in place to reduce the risk and spread of infection.
