During a routine inspection

During our visit people who use the service told us they were very happy with the treatment they had received and the way it was provided. The dentist explained the consultation procedure, which treatment would be most effective and reasons why they thought so. One comment "The treatment I have received to date is excellent". People were also told about any risks that might arise from treatment chosen.They felt treated with dignity, respect and had received consultations and treatment in private.

They did not comment on the practice safeguarding or infection control systems. They did tell us they thought the practice was kept clean, tidy and well maintained.
