During a routine inspection
We found the dental team were working together to provide a quality service. There was good leadership and staff had individual roles and responsibilities which they were trained and supervised to undertake.
Patients told us they always found the premises very clean. We saw that procedures were in place to monitor cleaning and ensure tasks were completed. With regard to the equipment used we found that care was taken to ensure patients safety and welfare.
The patients we spoke with were very complimentary about the staff. One patient told us, 'This is an excellent, first class service. I always recommend it to my friends. The dentist goes that extra mile, I would never go anywhere else.' Another patient said, 'You can get an appointment quickly if you need one. I needed an appointment urgently and the dentist and dental nurse worked late into the evening to provide me with treatment.'
