During a routine inspection

We spoke with several patients attending for an appointment. We were told that appointments were flexible and could be made at times that fitted in with their lifestyle. Patients told us that they were sent a reminder by email or text a couple of days before their appointment. One patient told us 'It's quite easy to get emergency appointments if you need one.'

All patients spoken with confirmed that medical histories were taken and they signed their consent to treatment.

Patients told us that treatment options were discussed with them and this included the price of treatments.

None of the patients we spoke with said they had ever had to make a complaint. We were told that they were happy with the care and treatment provided at the practice. One patient said 'I am very happy here and my wife thinks this is the best dentist.'

Patients told us that they were always given protective equipment for example glasses and aprons on each visit to the practice.

Patients told us that the dentists always wore gloves and face masks when treating them.

Patients told us that the surgery always looked clean and tidy.

All the patients spoken with told us they felt safe and trusted the advice of the dentist. They also told us that staff were friendly and helpful.
