During a routine inspection
The people we spoke with described the service as "perfect" and "excellent". In the patient feedback 100% of respondents said they would recommend the practice to others. There were arrangements in place to deal with foreseeable emergencies.
There were effective systems in place to reduce the risk and spread of infection. On the day of the inspection the surgery was clean and tidy. The people we spoke with described the cleanliness of the service as "really good" and "perfect". In the patient feedback 100% of respondents described the appearance as "very clean".
Staff received appropriate professional development. They undertook the Continuing Professional Development necessary to maintain their professional registrations.
The provider had an effective system in place to identify, assess and manage risks to the health, safety and welfare of people who use the service and others.
