During a routine inspection
All the people we spoke with told us they had been very happy with the service they received. They told us staff had always been helpful, polite and respectful towards them and they said they had had confidence in the staff that treated them. One person said, 'Its great here the dentists are very good, they explain everything and always put me at ease'. Another person said, 'They never carry out treatment without explaining it first'.
People told us that they did not have to wait long for appointments and they had been able to get appointments at short notice. They also told us that waiting times had been minimal and they had been advised of any likely delays at the point of booking in at reception.
People told us they had received thorough examinations and any treatment they had received was explained, discussed and agreed with them and that they had always given consent to treatment prior to it being given.
