During a routine inspection
We looked at the premises and found that the building provided easy access for users of the service. We found that the premises were well maintained and that there were health and safety monitoring systems in place.
The consulting rooms offered privacy and a confidential environment for users. The documents we saw showed that recovery plans were user focused, offering choices about how individual goals could be achieved and the support each individual would need. The medicines prescribing documents were all signed by a doctor and sent directly to nominated pharmacies chosen by the service user to access treatment.
