During a routine inspection
All three patients said that they were involved in decisions about their care, given clear information about the treatment options available to them and gave consent accordingly. All treatment prices were fully explained to them. They said that their dentist also checked their respective medical histories at each visit.
One of the patients said that their children were also registered with the practice and that the dentist was very good with them. Another patient commented that the dental nurses and receptionist at the practice were very good and helpful.
We also looked at patient satisfaction survey results, which revealed a high rate of satisfaction with the care people received at St Clement's Dental Care. We also observed that staff treated people with respect and spoke to them politely.
