During a routine inspection

During our visit, we spoke with several people using the service, and they were all complimentary about the dentists and the staff. People commented that they had been seeing the same dentist for some time, and they were very pleased with the treatment given on each occasion. A person commented, "This is a first class practice." Another person said, "The dentist is really good. I would recommend the service to anyone."

People commented that the staff were 'very helpful, polite and understanding'. During our visit, we observed that staff were welcoming and respectful to each patient as they arrived at the practice. We noted that staff had knowledge of people's care and treatment history, and were supportive and helpful.
