During a routine inspection

Dental Logic was a well established practice with one dentist, one full time practice manager and five part time dental nurses who were also receptionists. We were able to speak with the dentist, the practice manager and two dental nurses during our visit. We also spoke with three patients who attended appointments.

Patients who received treatment at Dental Logic told us that they were very happy with the care and treatment they received and they had confidence in the staff. Patients who spoke with us said 'The staffs' attitude is fantastic' and 'The care is excellent, I cannot speak highly enough of this place'.

Patients told us that they were impressed with the efficient service, that the staff were 'Very accommodating' and they felt the hygiene and cleanliness of the practice was 'Excellent'.

The dental nurses said they worked together well as a team and managed to discuss any issues that may have been raised during the working day. They said that they felt they were supported by the dentist and the practice manager. They also said that the dentist ensured that they were able to access training as part of their ongoing professional development when they needed to.
