During a routine inspection
Patients told us they were given information about their treatment options and costs and knew what to expect before consenting to treatment. The patients informed us that they had been at the practice for many years and reported that they felt the level of service was very good and that they had no problems. One person told us that all their family visited the practice and that they had attended initially as children and now as adults.
Patients informed us that they had been using the practice for many years and told us that they were very happy with the level of service and care offered. Patients reported that staff were pleasant and professional.
No complaints were received. One person said if they had a problem they would speak to one of the dentists or staff. Everyone told us they were happy with the cleanliness of the practice.
