During a routine inspection
People that used the practice told us that they were happy with the quality of treatment they received. People told us that appointments were usually on time and that they could make appointments easily. They felt they were given enough information about their treatment options and the relevant fees, and were able to ask all the questions they wanted to. People told us that the practice was clean and tidy and had no concerns about hygiene standards.
One person told us 'Staff are all respectful and pleasant'. Another person told us 'Staff are always courteous and pleasant, very professional.' We observed people coming in this practice for their dental appointments and found that the dental staff were welcoming and friendly to put people at ease. One person told us 'I always gets a copy of the treatment plan.' Another person told us 'I get lots of information about after care.'
