During a routine inspection

During our visit to Sandy Lane Dental Practice we spoke with four patients, the parent of a minor visiting the surgery and a supporting relative. Everyone was very complimentary about the staff team and told us their dental needs were appropriately met. They said they were able to make informed choices about their treatment and they felt staff were competent to do the job expected of them. We were told the dental practice was always clean and hygienic and those spoken with felt the business was consistently well managed.

Comments received included:

"I am always given enough information about the treatments I need and I sign a form to say I am in agreement with them."

"My dentist is fantastic. She is excellent. I am so happy with the treatment I receive here."

"I cannot fault this practice whatsoever. I really can't. It is wonderful."
