During a routine inspection
Patients also commented on the safety and appropriateness of treatment. Comments such as 'I have not had any problems with my treatment' and 'I have never had a bad experience' were shared across our sample of patients.
Although we were unable to get specific comments from patients regarding the robustness of safeguarding arrangements of the practice, they were able to tell us that they felt safe and had not found any cause to make any complaints about the conduct of the dentist or staff. They were confident to speak with the dentist if they felt they needed to. A patient told us 'If I am concerned about anything l will speak to the dentist'.
Positive feedback was also maintained on the subject of cleanliness and infection control, with some stating the practice was 'nice and clean'.
Staff were described as being 'friendly and supportive'.
