Several people we spoke with told us they had been coming to the practice for a number of years. One person had been coming to the practice for 30 years and another person for 15 years. People told us they were happy with the service provided. One person said, 'they make you feel nice and welcome. There's a relaxed atmosphere here.' Another person told us, 'it's a very professional practice. I've been very happy coming here. They give me the best treatment.' People described the treatment they received as, 'excellent' and said they had, 'never had any problems' at the practice.

We saw people were asked for their opinions about the service. We looked at completed questionnaires. One person had commented, 'previous dental practices that I attended left me feeling anxious about dental appointments. Since being a patient of this dental practice it's almost a pleasure to attend.'
