During a routine inspection
We found that people were involved in decisions about their treatment. Their care and welfare was promoted during their course of treatment and they were protected from risk of harm. All areas of the premises were clean and well organised. Staff and clinicians who worked at the centre were provided with appropriate training and professional development opportunities to enable them to provide a good service.
People told us they were very satisfied with the service. They said they did not have to wait long for appointments. People said their treatment was always explained and discussed with them, including choices about treatment and costs. People said that the practice was always clean, and all the staff were friendly, welcoming and respectful. Comments included, “Wonderful, professional and compassionate. This practice provides an exemplary service, well done.” “Very welcoming, I am confident in the service.” “They are very accommodating about appointment times.” “It’s always spotless.” “They are always welcoming here.” “Everyone is very friendly, gentle and encouraging.”
