During a routine inspection
Patient's needs were assessed and treatment was planned delivered in line with their treatment plans. Patients confirmed that the treatment options and costs were discussed with them.
The surgery was observed to be clean and tidy and there were systems in place to reduce the risk and spread of infection.
Staff received appropriate professional development which meant that patient's needs were met by competent staff.
Records were accurate, fit for purpose and stored securely.
