During a routine inspection

People we spoke with were positive about the service they received from the staff within the practice. One person told us that if they didn't feel like they'd be able to manage the stairs they would ask to be seen in the ground floor treatment room and the staff were happy to arrange this.

We observed staff being polite to people within the service and there were information leaflets available within the waiting area of the practice.
