During a routine inspection
During our inspection the people we spoke to told us "Staff are always brilliant with advice.' Another person said, "Excellent service."
This service recently relocated to new premises purpose designed for their use. When we asked people how they viewed the change in location one person said, "Excellent, much better. Easier access for disabled people." Another person said, "It is a big improvement."
We looked at the electronic treatment records for people who used the service and saw that people had regular visits, consented to their treatment and that a medical history was taken at each visit. This meant that people were being treated safely and the surgery ensured that their dental health was maintained.
