During a routine inspection
Care records showed that treatment had been recorded at each appointment that people had attended.
Safeguarding arrangements showed that staff had received training to safeguard children and vulnerable adults. The safeguarding policies for children and vulnerable adults did not refer to which guidelines the provider was following.
We found that relevant Department of Health infection control guidelines had been adhered to so that people were safe from the risk of cross infection.
The premises were clean and tidy however, fire safety arrangements may need to be assessed by the local Fire Prevention Officer.
