During a routine inspection
People we spoke with told us that they were very satisfied with the treatment they received at the practice. One person told us, 'The dentists are great. A real family dentist and we have been coming here for years.' Another person said, 'The service is second to none. It is never a problem to get an appointment. They always find time to see us in an emergency and to fit appointments around us.'
People we spoke with told us that they were always treated well by staff and that they had no concerns or complaints about the service. One person told us, 'This has been my dentist for many years. I have never had any concerns and have recommended the practice to my family and friends.'
People we spoke with told us that the practice was always clean.
People we spoke with told us that staff were polite, courteous and professional. One person told us, 'All the staff here are professionals and caring. I have every confidence in my dentist and the nurses.'
People we spoke with told us that they were very satisfied with the dental practice. One person told us, 'I can honestly say that this is the best dentist I have ever had. Nothing ever seems to be too much trouble. I am listened to and the service is superb.'
