During a routine inspection
There were systems for the individual review of each person, referral for other specialist care and treatment if needed and Mr Van Oldenborgh understood the limits of his practice. The service was provided in rooms that were clean and suitable for the regulated activities provided. People could raise concerns and these would be reviewed and actioned as required.
Staff had received appropriate training and people were extremely satisfied with both the administration and clinical staff at the service.
