During a routine inspection
Patients we spoke with all said the practice was clean and tidy and the staff all wore the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Patients thought everyone worked well together and were competent in their roles. One patient said, 'I can't imagine ever moving to another practice as everything is perfect here.'
The practice had developed policies and procedures that were reviewed annually. Any changes made were introduced to staff through regular practice meetings. Issues were discussed and staff signed up to acknowledge agreement and understanding.
The practice had a copy of the written procedure available and ready to give to any patients who wished to make a complaint. The procedure was available to view on the practice notice board in the waiting area.
