During a routine inspection
We spoke with three people attending the practice for either a routine check up or for treatment during our visit on 24 September 2012.
People we spoke with were all complimentary about the staff working at the practice and the treatment they received. One person commented 'I have been coming here for years and it is all good'.
People we spoke with told us they were always given sufficient information about the treatment recommended to them.
People spoke well of the reception staff. They said they were 'polite' and they would telephone to remind people of their appointments.
One person we spoke with told us they were attending the practice for an emergency appointment. They said they had found it easy to make an appointment.
We asked people for their views on the cleanliness of the practice. People told us they found the practice to be clean. They told us staff wore appropriate protective clothing such as aprons, gloves and masks.
