During a routine inspection
The two patients we spoke with said they were satisfied with the treatment they received. Their comments described a flexible service that responded well to their individual needs.
Suitable arrangements had been put in place to make sure patients who were vulnerable would be safeguarded from harm.
Staff working for Brooklands Dental Surgery received training that was relevant to their designated roles. A member of staff told us, "The provider is really good about encouraging us to do more training. He takes a special interest in how our continual professional development (CPD) is going and will often ask to see our files."
This dental practice had an effective system in place to monitor, review and improve the quality of the service provided to their patients. Two patients confirmed that their treatment had been provided in a safe way. One of the patients said, "I am more than happy. The treatment has been great."
