During a routine inspection
People were also complimentary about the care they received. We were told that the 'Staff are brilliant', 'Staff are very friendly', 'The dentist does listen to me. I am having a tooth out at my request' 'and 'I am given enough information. I ask lots of questions." We also heard 'Staff know what they are doing', 'As a practice they are on the ball' and "I wouldn't change anything about this practice.'
The people who we spoke with said that the surgery always looked clean. They also said they did not see staff wash their hands or apply clean gloves. One person said 'The dentist always has gloves on. I don't see him changing gloves.'
