During a routine inspection
People told us that they consented before their agreed treatment commenced. We saw signed consent forms and treatment plans to support this.
We saw that the dental surgery was clean and tidy and that appropriate procedures to clean dental instruments were carried out. People told us that the dental surgery was clean and they were given protective clothing to wear when receiving treatment.
People told us they thought there was enough staff available at the practice. They described the staff as being 'Very helpful and considerate'. One person said they were 'Very happy with the service and friendliness of staff'.
People told us that they knew how to make a complaint if they needed to. One person said that staff were 'approachable'.
