During a routine inspection

During the visit, we did not speak directly with any people who had received treatment at the service. However, we saw friendly, calm and helpful communications and interactions between the people who had received treatment and the staff.

We saw the people seemed happy after their session with the dentist and were in a jovial mood. The staff confirmed that the majority of patients had been attending the surgery for a number of years.

There were no concerns about the cleanliness of the premises or the dental equipment and instruments. The staff were appropriately qualified and had received the appropriate training.
