During a routine inspection
All the views expressed to us were very positive about the way they were treated. Comments included "A professional service received each time"; "The service is excellent"; staff were "friendly" and staff were 'lovely and helpful".
Patients told us that proposed treatment was explained to them, including potential risks, and that they were given time to make a decision about whether or not to go ahead.
Patients told us that they found the dental surgery to be clean and that they were provided with 'personal protective equipment' (such as goggles and disposable bibs or aprons) to minimise the risk of cross infection.
All patients who we asked told us that they believed the staff to be experienced and appropriately trained.
