During a routine inspection
The two patients we spoke with said they were satisfied with the treatment they received. Their comments described a flexible service that responded well to their individual needs.
Suitable arrangements had been put in place to ensure that patients who were vulnerable would be safeguarded from harm.
Staff working for Claremont Dental Practice received training that was relevant to their designated roles.
Two patients said the staff were respectful, helpful and friendly. One patient said, "I would say that all the staff here are respectful, helpful and good at what they do." The second person told us, "The service is of a very good standard and every time I leave here I feel happy about my treatment."
This dental practice had an effective system in place to monitor, review and improve the quality of the service provided to their patients. One of the patients we spoke with said, "I don't think anything could be improved. I would just say keep up the good work."
