During a routine inspection

We did not have the opportunity to speak to any patients during this inspection but we viewed the results of patient feedback that had been gathered by the practice through satisfaction surveys. We noted that the results were very positive and that people had expressed satisfaction with all aspects of the service. Comments included;

'I find the dentist very approachable and feel reassured when having treatment.'

'All the staff are wonderful - very kind.'

'I feel that I have completely overcome my fear of dentists and that this is due to the kind, considered and professional approach of all the staff.'

During this inspection we assessed standards relating to the care and welfare of people who used the service and how the provider helped to ensure that people were safe from harm. We also looked at arrangements for the control of infection and other important areas related to health and safety. In addition, we assessed arrangements for staff training and examined processes for monitoring the quality of the service provided. We found evidence that the provider was compliant in all the areas we inspected.
