During a routine inspection
People also told us, "It is ok." and "It is an excellent dentist surgery." We found that their care and treatment was planned and delivered in line with their individual treatment plans. People experienced care, treatment and support that met their needs and protected their rights.
We found that people who used the service had received their treatment in premises which maintained appropriate standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
We found that staff received appropriate professional development, to enable them to deliver care and treatment safely and to an appropriate standard.
The provider had an effective system in place to identify, assess and manage risks to the health, safety and welfare of people who use the service and others.
