During a routine inspection
We found that people were involved in the planning of their care and treatment, and people we spoke with felt that care was delivered safely and as planned. We found the provider had appropriate arrangements in place to minimise the risks and spread of infection, however we noted that mops were inappropriately stored in the cupboard. Staff were supported with appropriate training, appraisals and continuous professional development, in line with the General Dental Council requirements. The provider had procedures in place to deal with complaints including providing people with information of the complaints policy, and resolving complaints where possible to people's satisfaction.
