During a routine inspection
She told us staff always wore masks and gloves and it was easy to make appointments.
Another person said, 'I was anxious before I came here. There is good customer service they are nice and friendly'.
We followed a patient clinical pathway and observed there were good communication skills with children. The dentist listened and respected patient's input. He also gave them advice about diet and how to clean their teeth. We saw that consent was sought for treatment and that the person understood the treatment.
