During a routine inspection

As part of our review we spoke with six people who were at the practice for treatment when we visited. Some of these people also told us about the opinions of other people in their family and how their children were treated at the practice. One lady was there with her daughter, who was just starting to have regular check ups. This lady told us she had been coming to this practice since she was also a little girl. A number of the other people we spoke with had been attending the practice for a substantial number of years. All people we spoke to were very positive about the care they received. People were also able to describe how they were treated with politeness and courtesy by the dentist, practice manager and dental nurses. All people commented on the fact that they thought the treatment areas was very clean and that, after treatment, they saw the nurses washing down the surfaces and equipment.
