During a routine inspection

We spoke with a patient who gave us positive feedback about the dental practice. They told us that they were treated with respect, pointing to how the dentist involved them in their care by respecting choices and preferences. 'They are always flexible with appointments', a patient had told us. We saw that the reception staff were always polite and respectful. A patient told us 'The reception put you at easy; they always have a chat with you before treatment'.

Patients received safe care that was focused on their individual needs. Staff demonstrated that they understood aspects of the safeguarding process relevant to them. They told us they were well supported by the management and were aware of their limitations but confident to approach managers when they needed to.
