During a routine inspection
We spoke to four patients who used the service and asked them about the care they had received. Patients told us: "The dentist showed me an xray and we discussed the options open to me." The dentist advised me about drinks to avoid in my diet like juice. " The dentist is fantastic, straight talking and makes sure you have the right treatment." Patients all commented they always felt fully involved in all decisions about their care. We asked patients if they thought the practice was clean. They all told us the service was always very clean and tidy. One patient said: "The hygiene and cleanliness standard is high, always spotless."
