During a routine inspection
We found that people were being treated according to assessed need and that records of treatment were well documented. The service had effective procedures in place to minimise the risk of infection and staff had received continued professional development to enable them to carry out their role effectively and safely. We also found that records were accurate, kept securely and could be easily located when needed.
