During a routine inspection
Patients that returned surveys gave us positive feedback about the practice.
They described their care and treatment as 'good.' They commented that the staff team were kind, supportive, attentive, considerate and respectful. They confirmed that they signed a consent form before treatment and that the dentist always explained the treatment to them and any possible risks.
A patient who had used the practice for many years stated in a returned survey that, 'I have never had reason to complain but I feel that if I had it would have been dealt with in a professional manner.'
Patients stated in returned surveys that they thought that the environment was clean, that they had seen staff wash their hands regularly and they were asked to wear glasses and aprons to protect them from any harmful substances.
We contact NHS Bury commissioning, complaints and safeguarding teams. They confirmed that they had received no complaints and there had been no safeguarding issues of which they were aware.
